PRIVACY STATEMENT
Light Initiative is careful with your data. We are only collecting the data we need so that you are able to work with us and as part of the production/project teams (as appropriate).
If you work onsite for us, we will share your name, email address and phone numbers with the production contacts and your fellow LI crew on the job. We will also provide production contacts with confirmation of your specialist qualifications (e.g. IPAF licenses) as required, and relevant practical info like catering requirements and car reg numbers. Production will usually include names, numbers and/or email addresses on crew-wide call sheets, in line with standard industry practice.
We will never share additional or sensitive information with third parties without getting your permission first. We don’t use your personal information for marketing purposes. Outside of job-specific communications, we might get in touch from time to time to invite you to an LI social event or wish you happy holidays – we trust you’re ok with that but please let us know if not.
